DELIVERY

Our website uses an automated fulfillment processes and orders enter fulfillment almost immediately. On average, merchandise is shipped from our facility 1-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply, 3-10 days for domestic and 7-28 days for international. For some countries may take up to 60 days (if Standard Shipping is used). Faster shipment methods may be available at extra cost.

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Subject to availability and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfil your order for items listed in the Shipping Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no estimated delivery date is specified, then within a maximum of 60 days of the date of the Order Confirmation. If we fail to deliver the items within 60 days of the date of the Order Confirmation, you may cancel the contract and we will reimburse you the price paid for the items and any delivery costs paid.

If our supply of the items is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any items you have paid for but not received.

Please note however that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Customers have up to maximum 7 days (from the date they received the item/s) to contact us and ask for a replacement or refund. You might be asked to provide few photos demonstrating item defectiveness. We will examine the item and if we deem it to be defective, we will provide a replacement, credit or full refund including delivery charges (if any).

We will not process any replacement, credit or refund until the original item/s are returned to us.

Please make sure to check the item/s all relative information and/or size chart/s in order to place your orders without any errors. All our items (products) are decorated on demand. Therefore, they are all considered personalized. For this reason, we do not accept returns simply due to buyer error such as incorrect selection of designs, colors, sizes etc.   

However, we will always do our best to find a mutually satisfying solution which may involve a replacement order, credit being issued, or a refund back to your original payment method.

RETURNS METHOD

You are always responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item/s to us, without any exceptions. We suggest you use an established courier in such instances, and select a recorded or guaranteed delivery service where available. Please return the item/s using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the item/s. No replacement, credit nor refund will be made until we receive the item/s back.
